Final Insanity Results

So the Insanity is over and I've been on my rest week.  I was planning on resting for 2 weeks but I know myself very well.  Two weeks would turn into a a few months so I've decided to only take 1 week.  I've been doing light cardio this week and my knees are so grateful.  I plan to start P90X on Monday.  I'm getting excited about it.  I've got a few other blogging buddies who are getting/staying fit.  I love it.

Anyway, here are my final results:

I'm pretty proud of what I've been able to accomplish over the past 2 months.  I'm very much looking forward to the next few months with P90X.  It's so good to have an alternative to going to the gym.  I will keep you updated on my P90X progress.

Get active and stay active!

  1. That is so awesome that you did the whole thing. I did about 6 weeks and I burned out on it. Great results you had though.

  3. Wow, I'm super impressed with how many more push-up jacks you are now able to do! Go Mrs. K! Go Mrs. K!I just got the dvd's last week and haven't started yet. My plan was to run the Brooklyn half marathon but I just found out my friend's bachelorette party is the same weekend (in California) :( I will keep you posted on how things go with Insanity. Do you feel and look more toned? I see your now addicted to staying active which is awesome. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

  4. Thanks for dropping by ladies.
Crystal: that's what my husband did too. I guess it doesn't really matter what you do, just as long as you stay active. Also you are in excellent shape so you must be doing something :)
Sommer: you are going to love it. Such a great stress reliever. I can't wait until you start.
Monique: You're such an awesome cheerleader. I appreciate you. I'm really looking forward to hear about your experience with Insanity also. Yes and yes--I think I do feel and look more toned. My hubby says I do too. I feel good period :)

  5. Congrats on finishing such a feat! I have never tried this mainly because the title of it in itself absolutely terrifies me. ;o)

    My best, Lynn

  9. When I read this I felt so lazy and out of shape. I have to do something. Summer is coming and my last baby is 2 1/2 yrs old. I cannot use that as an excuse anymore.

    Great job!
