This post has been long overdo. I received the Memetastic Award from the lovely Jamie at What I Did Today. I thanked her on the day I received the award but I wanted to officially thank her on my blog and also pass on the award to someone else (and not just keep it to myself).
The award requires me to tell you 4 lies and 1 truth and it is up to you to find the truth among the lies. So here we go:
1) I have my pilot license. Woohoo for flying. Who wants a ride?
2) I'm pregnant with twins! Surprise.
3) I'm part Chinese. Yay for some United Nations representation in my family
4) I'm over my frog phobia. Thanks to exposure therapy. Now I can hike and camp without freaking out.
5) My husband and I got matching tattoos this weekend. Our wedding date tattooed on our left ring fingers.

ReplyDeletelol u dont have to give me the award since I know u guys well; I believe #2 is your younger sister-in-law, hope she is doing well-haven't chatted with her since I left fb; and #4 I wait to see that day I still remember the night I came to your appointment and the next thing I knew you jumped on me and I was so confused and all I could hear was frog! frog!; it was hilarious and #3 is definitely true esp. after I met your paternal Grandpa at the wedding :) lol again you should give the award to someone else; I got one too and because of I was so busy it took me a 100 yrs to respond lol extend my greetings to Mr. K and the rest of the K fam.

ReplyDeleteDo you know I have a phobia of frogs...and I grew up on an island where there are tons of 'em! Don't know if any therapy will work for me. I am downright terrified of them.
Awww, thanks for the award! I'm thinking the Chinese fact is true based on what you said your maiden name was. :) I know you aren't pregnant with twins (you aren't freaking out) and you've never invited me to fly in your plane (Hawaii anyone), so I'm ruling those out! The other 2 facts are questionable, but I'm sticking with my guess! Hope you have a great week!

ReplyDeleteI am with Keya, I'm assuming that one is the truth because there are lots of Chinese people in Jamaica and all the other ones sound like lies haha! Lucky you for winning another giveaway!

ReplyDeletenini: i totally get you on this one. I grew up in jamaica and there were a lot of them too...i think that has a lot to do with my fear. i haven't had therapy but im doubtful it would help bc im terrified of them also.
D: you're right. I would be freaking out if I was pregnant with twins. lol
